Terms of Service The VK Way, LLC DBA True Peak Biomechanics Last updated: August 1, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms By booking a session, completing an intake call, or using any services from True Peak Biomechanics (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by The VK Way, LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services We provide in-person movement and biomechanics sessions focused on helping clients with neck, back, and shoulder pain using Kinetic Pattern Retraining (KPR) and Functional Patterns training. Our services are educational and training-based. They are not medical treatment, physical therapy, chiropractic care, or any form of licensed healthcare.

3. Free First Session Offer We currently offer a free first session. If you do not leave that session in less pain than when you walked in, we will pay you $100. This offer is limited and only available while spots remain. We currently only work with a limited number of clients at a time.

4. Booking & Intake Call All new clients must complete a short intake call before booking their first session. We reserve the right to decline working with anyone we do not believe we can reasonably help.

5. Deposits Any deposit paid to reserve a session or package is non-refundable. Deposits secure your spot and compensate for time held on the schedule.

6. Payment After the free first session, ongoing sessions or packages will be quoted and paid according to the rates discussed. All payments are processed securely. Packages are non-transferable.

7. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of the session or a fee fo $250.

8. Results Disclaimer While many clients experience noticeable improvement, we cannot guarantee specific results. Individual outcomes vary based on consistency, history, adherence to recommendations, and other factors.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Peak Biomechanics, The VK Way, LLC, and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Intellectual Property All methods, techniques, assessments, and materials used in sessions are proprietary. You may not record, copy, teach, or distribute any proprietary methods without prior written permission.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
