What To Expect

At True Peak Health & Performance, we utilize functional movements that make you stronger for your everyday life inside AND outside of the gym, while creating different workouts every day to keep things exciting.

The expertly crafted workouts in our programs produce the most ideal response for your body–both for your physical appearance and health along with your performance. They pull the best of the best from all fields of fitness: Endurance, Speed Training, Kettlebells, Plyometrics, Gymnastics, Olympic and Power Weightlifting, etc!

Our programs provide an encouraging, non-intimidating vibe that makes every member feel they are part of our Family. Everything at True Peak can be modified to your current fitness level–so in a typical class you will see grandfathers next to soccer moms next to active military next to high school students. Every person works together to achieve the same goal: constantly improving his or her fitness level.

Although diverse, True Peak athletes all have something in common: they like to train hard and have a great time. We host and participate in a wide range of activities and events inside and outside the gym—biking, movies, hikes, tubing adventure racing, BBQ’s, You’ve never had so much fun getting fit!

DON’T I NEED TO GET IN SHAPE FIRST BEFORE I JOIN?

No way! Right where you are is the best place to start. We will meet you where you are and recommend the best path forward which may be one of our group programs, an individualized program or a combination of both.

I’VE GOT A BAD BACK, KNEE, SHOULDER, ETC…

Yes, you can still exercise. This is not a one size fits all fitness class. You will be given specific movements and modifications that support our “health first” approach and support your goals. Over time, things you couldn’t do on day 1 will become possible! We use normal movements demanded in real life situations. We can reverse years of nagging injuries and replace it with strength and longevity by focusing on proper movement patterns, posture and technique.

CAN I BUILD MUSCLE?

Yes, real-world functional, useful muscle that will serve you well. We’ll show you how to get the “show” muscles and the “go” muscles. Look better in your bathing suit and perform better in life!

AM I TOO OLD?

Never. Age is just a number. We have clients from 14 to 75! That’s how personalized our program can be. TRUE PEAK can be your health, wellness and fitness home for all stages of life!

ARE YOU A CROSSFIT GYM?

Yes, we are a CrossFit affiliate. CrossFit is not who we are, but it is a part of what we do in many ways. Although we are affiliated with CrossFit HQ, we are independently owned and operated. We are an affiliate because we agree with Coach Greg Glassman’s original tenets and idea’s and we agree with CrossFit’s charter to remove sugar and other health conflicting industries from nutrition sciences and to help improve people’s lives.

Over time, we have honed our practices and developed the best process for the long term. Short term results are just that, short, unsustainable and irresponsible from a professional coach. We are interested in your long term health.

We show you what to do, how to do it, and why you are doing it. We will constantly challenge you with learning new skills and improve yourself in all facets of Life. And we can continue to help you with your results for many years.
